  • Wow is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Sweet Republic! I was looking for an after dinner treat when I came across the shop. After looking through the menu I was excited to try it and boy was it worth it! Each flavor in the case looked delicious and yet good as some options where vegan and gluten free. Wanting to go all out I wanted to try their sundaes and picked the Campfire S'mores as my guinea pig. I was able to substitute one of my flavors for another and I watched as they created magic; a cone bowl, chocolate and salted butter Carmel scoops, whipped cream and drizzled Carmel with toasted marshmallow on top! The only downside is the line, but I'd gladly wait for this treat!
