  • I went to get an oil change and car wash. I gave my number to the employee to give me a call when my car was finished with the service. Wrote the number on the window. Problem 1. I never received a phone call to let me know my call was ready. I purchase the oil change with the oil change. Mind you. You will be charged for one purchase which means they run business together as a company. As well is I give them my keys because they need them of course. Problem 2 they couldn't find my keys and it took them almost two hours of my day to find my keys. Even after looking at cameras. They found my keys and blamed it on the oil change service department when they shouldn't have my keys because the last thing that gets done is my car wash. So why did the oil change service have my keys? They didn't know where to look or where to think where my keys where being placed. Excuse was "we get a lot of chevy cars so we got them confused" another excuse for bad service when they should clearly have better management on labeling keys. Problem 3 they didn't even wash my car correctly or detail correctly. I still had crumbs in my car and stains on my car still, windows weren't washed correctly. Problem 4 I talked to management and I was arguing for 20 minutes about receiving a refund for the inconvenience. He said I am sorry I can't do that. The ticket says all sales are final. After arguing my point he says ok I'll give you a refund for the car wash. I said no I want the whole refund. He says I am sorry but I can't do that because we are different companies. Remember I stated that the ticket is all on one purchase and they have combos that are part of oil change and car wash. So how is it not one company? As well I thought you couldn't give refunds but now you're offering one? I ask to speak to cooperate and he gives me the number Problem 5 my oil change purchase was July, 8th 2017 With is a Saturday. I have called cooperate everyday since July 10th and they can't return my call. Shows how much they appreciate their customers and care about running a great business. This place is not recommended at all. I will never ever go again and will continue to tell people not to.. NO STARS AT ALLLLL
