Awfully rude manager and horrible customer service! Took 6 months to get a couch! Stay away!!!!!
We had an awful experience with the customer service as well as attempting to get a couch that was bought and paid for 6 months prior. My boyfriend and I spoke to Susan Bertram the "director of customer service" and she was extremely rude and disrespectful to us both! We felt threatened after talking to her and she yelled at us as if we were children. We both tried to contact the area supervisor and he had her call us back and told us we were not allowed to call them anymore. There are many many complaints online about this company and I warn people not to get involved with American freight. We simply wanted to let corporate know that we spoke to Adam the manager of the Willoughby store and he set up two separate delivery times of which both days they didn't show or call us. We had to call several times to get the couch delivered and it was very disappointing. In turn we were treated very very poorly and will never recommend them!
