  • Living there was alright. No real complaints about. It wasn't until after I moved they were a problem. I had paid all rent in full and never received my deposit refund. After nearly 8 months after I had moved out I received a letter from a Lawyer stating I owed money. I thought it was a scam so I contacted 909 to find out for sure. No one ever contacted me at any point that I owed any money nor did they respond to my inquiry about this "scam" letter. Not very professional in my opinion. They had all my contact information. Next thing I know a new collection is added to my credit destroying my score. If they had done their job correctly it would have been paid off long before it went to my credit. Paid off now but at the cost of my credit score. My suggestion is if you live here go down to the office and make them show you a form showing you if you owe anything or not and make them sign it there.
