| - I LOVE this place for its flawless combination of hipster atmosphere and locally sourced quality.
Graze is located in, arguably, one of the most unique dining set-ups on the Square featuring two walls of windows and an indoor/outdoor seating area in the warmer months. I definitely recommend making reservations for this place, even if you don't think you need them.
I wish I could suggest just one entree, but their menu changes a bit seasonally, and I have never been disappointed by anything I've ordered. A good staple? The Graze Burger; local, Highland beef topped with bacon, on an english muffin, finished off with the works. It is *delicious*. Also be sure to check out their craft cocktails, which are creative and exceptional, and their cheese curds! Ooey Gooey perfection in a housemade vodka batter and curds from a local creamery.
If your goal is to experience a new (and amazing) restaurant without breaking the bank; check Graze out for lunch in lieu of dinner. They still offer most of the same options, and a lot of things are scaled down in size (and price).
