I currently live here. the first month my upstairs neighbors water heater broke and leaked all over my back patio and started seeping into my apartment. I called the office and got a voicemail. (at 5:30 am I did not expect for anyone to answer.) I left a voicemail for the (emergency maintenance.) WHAT A JOKE! I had to call three more times. Three hours later they showed up. Then when I go to the office to complain about the delay I got an attitude from a girl named Shannon. She acted like she did not care. Then that same weekend MY water heater went out. They did respond within 40 min. I guess that's better than three hours. The front office staff have horrible attitudes. If you don't like you job go somewhere else. I do have to say though that there is a gal named Tina that is a doll. Always very polite and nice. always willing to help. Good job Tina.
