  • Just bought a CAA Roni and a Vortex Venom red dot sight from Ed over at C2 tactical; he was the epitomy of customer service. I called ahead to make sure they still had the product and asked if he could hold it for me if I could be there in 20 minutes. When I got there he was holding it literally in his hands and ready to show me how it worked. After giving me a thorough run down he and I had mentioned how cool it would be to have a red dot sight on the gun but I mentioned I probably would just get it on Amazon later. Ed did me one better he actually beat Amazons price and then spent the next 20 minutes setting up the sight and showing me how it worked. He even let me go into their conference room to try out the flashlight and red dot on my new Roni conversion kit in the dark. Very cool. Yes I come here to shoot and occasionally buy a gun as well but experiences like I had yesterday are why I am member. There is simply no substitute for great customer service and when someone goes way above and beyond their duties, it's deserves recognition. Thanks again so much Ed!
