This is a follow up to my initial review.
It is with pleasure that I recommend Phoenix Pavers. We ordered pavers from this company in March of 2017. They were installed by a company that we had hired. Over the course of the past year, we were having problems with severe effluence, which looked like snow on the patio. We called the company and, Carl, the owner promptly came to evaluate. He then notified, John, his quality control manager to assess the situation. John inspected the pavers and felt that there was a treatment that could correct the problem. He was planning to set up an appointment for this service. During the ensuing time, the company was receiving similar complaints from other customers that were traced to this particular lot. The next time that John came to speak with us, he apprised us that an ingredient had been left out during the manufacturing process. This ingredient affected effluence.
Now, if there are problems with pavers you have purchased, the retailer will usually offer a replacement of the pavers only. This was not the case with Phoenix Paver. They offered to remove and replace the pavers at considerable expense to the company. We had the option of using our installer or theirs. We chose their installers and they did an excellent job.
This company considers providing excellent customer service a priority. I would not hesitate to use Phoenix Paver again.
