This downgrade to a 1 star is strictly for the office staff and is no reflection on the PA-C, Julio, or Dr. Constantine, as I've never actually seen him. I had an office visit in May of this year. At that time I was told I owed my copay from a visit from July of 2015. That didn't sound right to me since copays are generally collected up front and even on this visit she was informing me of this as she was collecting my current copayment. So I said I would check my records, which I did, and it showed payment had been made. I emailed Jessica the check number and date it cleared and she sent an email stating she would update my records to reflect that. So imagine my surprise when I get an invoice from their office with a collection stamp on it. I thought, wow, they are too cheap to use an actual collection agency. That fact aside, I have sent another email asking them to fix this situation because I figured calling is pointless and I would rather have a paper trail of their incompetency.
