  • Very flaky. Called for an estimate to replace entire ac unit. Matt came to my house to inspect my unit and agreed to email me an estimate. Three days later, nothing. Called back asking what's going on, they tell me they'll get back to me. Still nothing. Why did they send this stranger to my house to walk around my home and then not even give me a quote? This is very flaky and strange behavior for any company or sales rep. I ended up calling a different company and recieved an estimate the same day.
