  • The doctors are great, but the office help is cold and unwelcoming, until mentioning that you would like to speak to the office manager. My other experience was when they ordered transition lenses, after I specifically mentioned that I was not a fan of them. I asked if they could mail the new lenses, and I was told "no," so I had to take time out my schedule to go back down to the South Side, which is not convenient to me. Had my records transferred immediately.
