  • I went 2 to 3 weeks ago with my sister in law to order a 2 tier wedding cake and 60 cupcakes. We asked questions and double checked that the cake would be ready for pick up on Sunday at 10am. GUESS WHAT? The cake nor the cupcakes were ready. And when my sister in law asked to talk to the manager she got the bakery manager who instead of trying to help an already very stressful situation, made it worse by having a crazy disrespectful attitude. They gave me a cake but it was a piss poor job as far as what it looked like. No flowers because they didn't have anymore, the ribbon was jacked up.....it was no bueno.... And to top it off they even messed up the cupcakes. We asked for 30 chocolate and 30 white ended up with more chocolate than white. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We ended up talking to a different manager (ONLY REASON I GAVE IT A STAR) who helped us out by comping the disaster of a cake but I can assure you that they have lost any future business from me.
