| - The reality is, cathy does a mediocre of a job, kathy is the owner, she expects you to kiss her ass, give you poor customer service, and tell you what a horrible person you are each and every time you go to drop your dog off that she does a terrible job on the pets! She shaves them way too close to their skin causes a rash and says that it's your fault! Then says they were horribly matted and charge us more money for it after she shaved the dogs! She forgets when you call her to cancel because you have a life you're busy with work and this is supposed to be a service operation where they should be understanding of that and build an appointment around your schedule no they want you to build an appointment around their schedule because their grossly overworked and understaffed there are thousands of groomers around this salon they need to to be a little bit more grateful, towards the customers they've accumulated because they lose them fast they do one or two decent cuts and dyes, and they want to tell you what a piece of shit you are if you missed an appointment and they don't remember you calling to say either that you're sorry, or that you reschedule that they think life only revolves around them and that they are the greatest the other women that work in that salon Are rude and obnoxious, they're only nice when they want to be, when they stab you in the back the second you hang up the phone and you don't even understand what you did wrong! My best advice is much is I used to like Kathy,she overcharges she takes too long to do the dogs she's ungrateful, and should not be running a service business, she needs to stick to dealing with the pets she likes and her own pets and leave everyone else's alone, because she can clearly not give a crap about anybody but herself she behaves narcissistic, and insolent and everything is all about her, after too much negativity, from her giving me flack all the time trying to make me out to be the bad person when I'm her paying customer she's over charge me every single time I bring my pets to her and I bring her a bunch of pets, Kathy if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen you shouldn't be in business you're in the service business you need to appreciate your paying customers not yell at them!not be negative at at them and not tell them what pieces of crap they are and how they should kiss your ass! Why don't you focus on doing a better job a grooming not slicing up the pets are causing them to be red! cut their toenails brush their teeth like you're supposed to and not lie about it make an excuse why you didn't brush their teeth! When were supposed to be paying for that! And then charge extra for each dog! Save your money she's only good when she wants to be, and if she decides she doesn't like you she could be extremely negative and tell you what a horrible person you are on a daily basis this woman behaves narcissistic, and crazy and so do the women that work for her! stay away from this place! there are way too many pet salons in the neighborhood a new one opened up on wigwam, there's another one down Eastern, another one and Stephanie we don't need a pink poodle pink poodle needs us! That is what a service business is you build your business On giving good service and the bottom line is this place does not very negative and poor treatment to the customers not so much the pets, however when shaving the Pets they have been known to shave them raw and then blame the owner! save your money and go somewhere else! She does not deserve to even be in business!
