  • I will admit that I had some issues with shipping an appliance to the store and that it was damaged in transit. But what amazed me was how far above and beyond Sal, one of the staff at the outlet store went to help me. He personally repaired the damage which entailed him having to drive to another store to swap out a part. He gave me a refund of some of my payment to compensate me for the damage and the inconvenience of me having to wait. The store worked with me to allow me to leave the oven in their storage until I was ready to accept delivery... The list of kindnesses and special considerations goes on and on. The customer service at this store is top notch and I recommend it highly if you are looking for a new, (used or refurbished) appliance. My daughter actually found an awesome set of blue tooth headphones there. My son bought truck tie-downs and I found some great Christmas laser lights. They have all kinds of things other than large appliances.
