The manager staff is one of the worst that I have seen. I called ahead and talked to Denton and said that he would make received beans without lard for a group of 20 vegetarians. He said that he would be able to and we gladly made a reservation. Upon arrival, they said that they were unable to and Denton said he had no recollection of this conversation. Additionally, the Spanish rice has chicken stock. When we ordered entrees, we ordered without rice, but were unable to substitute for something we could eat. Additionally, some of the plates of food came out too salty. They offered to remake the plates, however in order to save them costs we asked they give us sour cream or guacamole to mix in to reduce the salt flavor to make it edible. When we received the bill, we were charged for each thing like it was an extra. It would have been nice if the waiter had told us it was an extra cost beforehand. Additionally, the female manager is the least understanding person I have ever met. She doesn't want to go out of her way to accommodate our diet. She just lost the business of 20 people. The restaurant was practically empty on a long weekend during dinner time, which is probably due to their high prices.
