  • I haven't been too many bike shops here in Vegas. But this store has exceptional service. I've never had a road bike before. &I recently picked up a road bike, wanting to try this whole thing out. Wanted to get a full service through them for the bike. I noticed the front shifter wasn't shifting at all. Tim took my bike in right away and Richard had diagnosed the issue on the spot. Gave me all the options I should go on fixing the issue. They fixed the bike, installed a new chain, new Pirelli tires, new bar tape, new shifters/brake levers, new bottle cages and new pedals on my bike on top of performing a full tune-up. I also ended up buying an awesome pair of shoes and cleats. They got all that done on my bike within a couple of days of having all the parts needed. Since then I've road the bike for about 100 miles over the weekend. I stopped by while I was riding on Saturday to pick up a couple inner tubes just in case I flat. And Richard noticed I didn't have any tire levers on hand, so he gave me a pair of levers! Other than checking tire pressures before I ride. The bike feels amazing, fast, and quiet. They have given me great advice on what I should expect from this bike and road cycling in general. These guys have such good service and great personality, that I won't ever go to another bike shop for anything unless I absolutely have to. I highly recommend anyone to go to Tim's shop to talk stories him and Richard, or to buy a bunch of stuff like I did. These guys are great and will always point you in the right direction.
