  • Went in to get a hair strip kit, when I asked the ladies for help and they both just stood there and looked at me, then one of the ladies finally realized I needed her to walk with me and help me, she was rushing me after I had asked her what I should get, she said that I should just bleach my hair rather than strip it, I asked her if that would be the most efficient way to get the blue out of my hair and she said yes. Well I bleached it and it looks like I'm gonna have to do it at the least two more times and I have a time crunch to get this done. I would've been better off just stripping it, I've done it before with getting red out of my hair. Basically the ladies had really shitty customer service and led me the wrong direction. She honestly had no idea what she was talking about. Then when I got up to the register we were waiting there for about 10 minutes, they were both just standing there with some of the items the customers had brought up but the customer was still shopping around.
