The Sears Parts Service, is one of the worse places you can visit. I had the worse experience as a customer and I strongly advice anyone who needs a part, to please find yourself a different store. I have never come across a business that has this ludicrous refund policy. Once you purchase their product, you cannot return it, even if the product is defected. Its ridiculous. They are extremely disorganized, they don't care about your problems or any concerns you may have. It is a waste of time and money to visit this place. Awful experience!
