  • This was my husband and I's first time at the Tempe Improv and we won't be going back. First off, the staff were extremely rude telling us to wait in the bar. I am pregnant and did not feel like standing in a packed bar. We were told to go wait in the back of the line that wrapped around the building when all I wanted to do was sit down. When we were finally let in to the building 30 min late. The show started an hour late at 11pm. The first show ran long and the staff were very disorganized and RUDE!!!! Our sever was non-existent and our tab was $51 for 2 sodas and 2 drinks.... What a rip off. We left our usual 20% only to find out after we left there is an automatic 15% gratuity added on to the bill... Had we know this we would not have left an extra 20%. There were no drink prices listed ANYWHERE. Overall I was disappointed in the service and overall experience.
