  • I came here to have a cracked screen fixed. It was late in the day but they were able to fix my screen in about 10 minutes. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because after he fixed my phone screen the tech came out and asked if I wanted to join their maintenance club which has a low monthly cost to which I said no because I'm not sure how much longer I'll be in town. His response was well "the next issue you're going to have will be your battery." I've never had an issue with my battery however since my phone was in his possession behind closed doors in a separate room with a LOT of noise coming out of it, I've noticed my battery seems to be draining a lot faster then it used to even when it's just sitting with no apps open and the screen off, my battery is draining. How is that possible when it did not do that before? Other shops I've been to having phones repaired they don't do it in secrecy, they do it in an area where you can watch and see what they are doing.. I'm not saying something was done to my phone other then replacing the screen, it just seems odd that he would say "the next problem he see's me having is my battery" and now it drains faster then before I brought it in. I personally prefer places that work on your phone in front of you, not behind close doors especially when they advertise they can break into any electronic device. Give him a try and leave a review with your experience.
