I'm pretty disappointed with the new management company AMC. I'm happy I decided a week before they purchased the property to put my notice in as my lease is coming up.
When Greystar owned the property they enforced the rules to keep our community clean and accessible to all.
Now there are loads of children's Toy's sprawled out all over the walkways, being disabled but still independent that is a major issue for me,dog shit everywhere...literally everywhere::: my dog even stepped in someone else's dogs crap :/. I've come home twice in the last week to someone else in my parking space & people are at the pool to all hours of the night screaming, playing music letting shihtzus swim in the pool.
I chose this property because it was clean, quiet and affordable. It's not so much of that these days.
The price is right and that's about it. If you have children and don't want to pay a pet deposit when you move in this may be the place for you.
If you are single and a young professional like me it may not be the right long term fit.
Hopefully despite the initial growing pains AMC will turn out to be great.
For now I'll try my luck moving back in with friends and then hopefully to a newer Greystar community as that company has always treated me well, plus their staff is amazing! I seriously wished they would have stayed here at Casa Santa Fe!
