  • My fiancĂ© and I have loved living at Trillium and we haven't had any big issues this far. The apartments are very modern and clean. There is plenty of storage space. The management is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance is amazing they will fix whatever the issue might be right away the same day if not the next day. They even change the air filters for you. The pool is really nice. The only downfall is that in the summer it's gets really busy and might be too small for the number of apartments. The other issue we have had is that there is barely any parking. We have two cars and you only get on spot. Sometimes I have had to park on the other side of the apartment and when the landscaping crew is working they blow all the dust and debris toward the cars right after a $30 car wash!!! That really bothers me. If the landscape crew doesn't mess up the nice wash the horde of cats and their paw prints will.
