  • This is the second time I have had Lack's come do my carpets. I own a Rug Doctor and normally do them myself but this week I ran out of time so I called. They made the appointment for the time and day I wanted. They were here a few minutes early and they set up, cleaned up and did a fantastic job!!!! I called them back the 2nd time because the first time, I had lost a 5 stone diamond earring about a month prior to their first visit - the tech found it and gave it to me!!! Professional, HONEST and a great job!!!! I love these guys, Lisa
