I stayed at this hotel for a recent ASD convention. To start with, the service and staff here is terrific. They take the time to get to know the guests, and address people by name. The rooms are nice and maintained immaculately. The one drawback is their mattresses. When I first arrived, I could tell that the mattress was definitely past its prime, being rather spongy. The first couple of nights, I didn't sleep well, waking up several times during the night. The last night that I was there, I woke up in pain and unable to turn my head. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, but the beds were simply awful.
