| - Update 1/2017: Always up for giving a place another try. Walked out with my nail polish looking horrible. However, Lisa did my daughters nails, she took her time and did a good enough job.

I had been coming here for years because it was inexpensive. Fortunately, I don't have to use this place anymore. I always asked for the least expensive pedicure, hoping each time for a peaceful and relaxing experience, but instead the entire time heard the techs chit chatting loudly across the room amongst themselves. Not even my earbuds could drown them out. Talking so much they're not paying attention and one clipped and cut me. It was painful. After the look on my face, she then apologized, however, I'm not sure how sincere the apology truly was because instead of tending to what had just happened to me, she began saying something (of course, not in English) to the other technicians and they began to laugh.
In the midst of this mess, I repeated the service I wanted because I had a feeling again she wasn't paying attention when I told her I wanted the basic pedi. She then raised her voice and in an argumentative tone tried to say I asked for one of the more expensive pedi's, which is untrue because I've only ever had the basic. In a firm tone, I repeated back to her the service I requested. When it was all said and done, I paid for the service I requested.
