The hot pot was beautifully presented and the broth is cooked to standards of many hotpot places that I have visited in Asia. The meat was frozen and slice into very thin rolls which is how it was served back home. The place is Chinese owned with Japanese flair. The ingredients are very fresh and I certainly would hoped that they offer more green leaf vegetables for the sukiyaki. For a place in Phoenix, this is a very nice unpolished gem that need to be discovered. Go for their special tea (Yuzu-Pomelo Grapefruit), it is fabulous and I have not tasted something this good for years.
