  • Richard and Dave are wonderful to deal with. Looking for an engagement ring can be like trying to buy a car at a dealership. Very stressful. I shopped at Kay, Zales, and other local stores and I felt that they were pressuring me into buying diamonds without ever really explaining and educating me on what I should be looking for. Richard on the other hand takes his time and I never once felt pressured to buy from him. He will lecture you on what to look for when buying a diamond and will even beat the prices from other stores and online. He's the type of guy who isn't satisfied with selling you a product. He wants to make sure you know all the details that go into buy a diamond so that you can make an informed decision for yourself, even if you leave and buy at another store. Hint: Their store in downtown summerlin can be hard to find. The google maps directions can be confusing. Their office is located on the 4th floor suite 440 in the office building with all the windows at the center of downtown summerlin.
