  • INCREDIBLE MUSIC EVERY NIGHT! Orbit Room is one of Toronto's best kept secrets. It's definitely one of the better places to take your out-of-towners to show them you know what's what in Toronto. My favourite nights are Sunday, Monday and Thursday. On Sunday you get a wicked-good cover band called "Stifler's Mom". They pump out the hits while you enjoy the beers & shotees. On Monday you get "Sisters' Euclid"- a rare beast in Toronto; a mixture of blues, bluegrass and Neil Young, led by the untouchable Kevin Breit (sp?). Thursdays- I don't know the name of the band but they kick ass! They're led by the guitarist from 'Stifler's and they play what can only be known as "Toronto Blues". Not as painful as Chicago's, but every bit as thrilling to hear. The organist plays a Hammond B3- you music lovers know how special that one is. In the Summertime, this place is one of the best joints in Toronto. There's an awesome patio out back to shoot the breeze in between sets. There's usually a cover charge of $8, but it's worth it peeps!
