  • I never got a hair cut so this is only a review of the horrible customer service I received at this location. I was "helped" by a woman named Annette who treated me with blatant disrespect. She raised her voice at me and interrupted me just during the check in. I decided I couldn't have my hair cut in a place that would have someone so poorly qualified working with customers. Update: I received a call from the manager after I complained about my experience and she was beyond kind. Thanks for making me feel heard.
