The only thing I would change about this place is giving them a drive through! I don't like stopping my car and getting out to pick up a coffee. However, as a coffee hang out where work may be accomplished, this place might be my new go to. As a 60yr old woman trapped in the body of a reckless 20-something this place hits all my sweet spots. The decor is so cute and homey and I adore it. It's quite, without loud distracting music playing over the speakers. I can't even count the times I have tried to do work at some young/hip spot to not even be able to think over the sound of their music! I can't put headphones in either because then it's just my music. I prefer no music and actually love the sound of coffee grinders and idle chatter.
Village Square is close to me which contributes to the convenience factor of this local gem. I ordered an iced vanilla latte today and it was delicious! The prices are average for a local 'artisan' style coffee shop. The only thing I was disappointed by was the lack of croissants. They may have had them, I didn't ask, but they were not on the menu or in the display. They do have a full breakfast though, so I suppose that makes up for the lack of sugar bread? I have a hard time getting work done when I am at home so I will most certainly be back. I dig it.
