Update from my last post. I've been on Red Mountain weight loss RM3 for almost a month I have lost 15 pds in a little over 3 weeks. I feel great and have plenty of energy and best of all I'm not craving foods and overly hungry at all. My hardest times with this is getting in two serving of Vegetables. I'm just not a big veggie eater but I'm making sure to get in all I can. I'm very excited to see what this next month brings for me and much more weight I loss.
UPDATE: Went in today for my first month appt. I lost 17 pds to date. My full month really isn't till this Thursday so maybe drop another pound or two would be nice. This week I'm starting a new month at red mountain so I hope to continue to drop. I will update soon.
Update: I have been on the RM3 now for a total of 3 full months and I have lost 35 pds. This is the best diet I have ever been on. If your wanting to lost some weight and can afford it give them a try. You will loss fast and I feel great. Never tired or weak feeling. Lots of energy.
