  • Fantastic view of the city! I don't know why it took me so long to visit the sky lounge after moving to Vegas nine months ago. The lounge is on the 107th floor. The lounge doesn't rotate, but the restaurant below does! The best time to dine and get the best experience here is during sunset for dinner. Definitely bringing my guests here in the future! The berry-tini was delicious and the servers were very attentive. You can also order small plates too if you want to order a quick snack. I will be back for the rides very soon! Good job, Stratosphere!
