  • This place is terrible! I brought my husband's car in to get the battery replaced and was told it would be done within 20-25 minutes. Over and hour later and here I sit, still waiting. The staff are rude, slow, and completely unhelpful. Next time I have a car issue Sears will be the LAST place go, even if it is closest to my house!
