  • I've stayed here twice for business trips (total of a month combined) and I would definitely come back again. What stands out to me is the staff. Everyone is super friendly from the concierge to the cleaning ladies. Anytime you have an issue, it is taken care of right away. The building isn't the newest, but you can tell that it is well taken care of. My room was always well cleaned (sorry to the cleaning ladies who had to deal with all my takeout food). The location is ideal right next to the 17 freeway and a ton of restaurants in the Norterra/Happy Valley shopping area. There is always plenty of parking. Breakfast is provided daily, which I really appreciated. I will say that you should book early because it seems that this hotel does get booked to capacity pretty often.
