  • I worked with Brandon today and from the time I called at 7:10am until my problem was resolved before 11:00am, this is how any business should conduct themselves. My appointment time was made clear to me, when he was running early from his previous appointment I was called to ensure a revised time was okay, my problem (which turned out to be a simple gasket that had worn out on one of my water sprinkler lines) was quickly diagnosed, I was quoted a fair price, and Brandon immediately ran to get the parts, was back, and had me fixed in less than an hour. Considering the noise that woke me this morning was eminating from behind my water heater, how thrilled was I that it turned out to be a simple part located off of my water main? Having used some of the bigger and well reputed plumbers from around the Valley, most of them could take a lesson from Sav-On. In the future, I now have my own plumber and will not be calling around any longer.
