  • So my serpentine belt shredded to absolutely nothing near Alamo, NV. A Napa Auto Care in Salem, OR, one month prior to this review had replaced a pulley that was failing.....and then this one failed. That shop told me to find a Napa shop in Las Vegas for warranty work. In a feverish search, I found his shop on google based on the high google reviews, and also that it was close to an area I needed to be in for work related reasons. I arrived the next day after a very expensive 100 mile tow, and these guys were all about getting my truck fixed and on the road. I arranged for my rental truck to get to St. George, UT, and left my broken vehicle in good hands. I checked in 2 1/2 hours later when I was leaving Utah to see if I'd be going to Vegas or returning to Alamo, and to my surprise, they said my truck would be fixed by closing time. So back to Vegas I went. As promised, my truck was done and I left ten minutes to closing time. Mark and Chris, of whom I spoke with about the repairs, were excellent. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone reading this review. My one experience with them couldn't have gone any better.
