This COULD be a great place if there was a manager that actually did their job! Called to see what I needed to do for my daughter to spend an hour there before a scheduled birthday party. Norma didn't have a clue about what I was asking for. She started talking about everything else but what I asked. When I repeated the question she simply said "yes" to my question. I had to ask if there was anything I needed to bring or provide for an hour of service. Norma asked if my daughter had ever been there before, I said yes (she had been to 3 parties there before, but never as a single check in) then she said I didn't need to do anything else. I show up an hour before the birthday party she was to attend and got the "sorry you need to have her shot records."
So the policy is, if it's a party then none of the kids have to provide shot records. If the kid is checked in to just play then you have to provide shot records. Really? Why? The kids at a party play in the same areas, with the same items, same microphones, use the same toilets as the kids that are required to provide shot records! So what is the point of a policy that is 1/2 applicable? No kids is being spared exposure to a communicable disease. Stupid! So instead we had to sit for an hour and she went into the party. I will NEVER have a party there and will NEVER take my child there.
Also, they said they can access my kids shot records online! HIPAA! OMG how the heck can they do that?! No thanks!
