  • I would never ever go back there again. The personal is rude. They lie about results and the procedures just to convince you to buy it. I had a package of 6 laser hair removals and they promised that it would be enough to completely remove all the hairs and that the procedure is painless. First of all it is not painless at all. On my last procedure they used different machine and it was so painful that I could not stand it and I complained about it, so instead of moving me back to the old one the staff didn't care at all, she became irritated and finished everything in 2 minutes. I still have most of my hairs on the same place. And I want to mention the woman on reception, that one is a separate story. She is rude and she has a dog. When I was waiting for my procedure her dog pissed on the carpet in the hallway, this woman didn't clean it up and went on sitting at her desk as if nothing happened. And this is a CLINIC where everything should be extremely clean! This is just unacceptable. UPDATE: Daniella A.: "Wish the dog pissed on your face instead of the carpet. Bitch" This is what you get for a frank review! There is no way this clinic is even 1 star worthy!
