| - Leaving Centennial Pediatrics after 4+ years of bringing our two kids here. Doctor Tenby and Bonnie Tefoya are great, but their receptionist and billing department are horrendous. The incompetency level here is phenomenal.
We were just given an invoice for a bill that is well over 90 days late. The bill is for $80, not a big deal right? Except, it's from March 3, 2017!! Its June 8, 2018 as I write this.
The receptionist told me they have sent multiple letters informing us of this bill and instructions on how to take care of this overdue invoice. We never saw or received any invoices informing us of this situation, but since we did not take care of it at that time, it is now OUR FAULT and we are responsible.
Ok. So you may say, "maybe they sent the notices, but you didn't get them or neglected to take care of the issue". WE HAVE BEEN TO THIS OFFICE 6 TIMES since March 3, 2017 and we are just now hearing about this overdue bill on June 8, 2018.
Again, the incompetency level with their receptionist and billing department are phenomenally horrendous.
Really sucks having to leave Bonnie after all this time, but it goes to show how faulty staff will cost your pediatric business, life long customers.
Such a shame!
