  • The manger in charge was very rude and not helpful on November 28th 6pm I don't know his name I order 6 ring doorbell cameras on line they confirmed it's ready to be picked up so I drove all the way to location 20 Miles and they told me I can only have 2 instead of 6 it was mangers call I asked if they were out he said NO that I can only have 2! I asked why then the mgr told me very unprofessionally that the limit is 2 ?! My friend pickup 6 last week I order 6 for x-mas gifts for my employees and I showed the mgr my confirmation but he still refused to Honer it. I'm very disappointed the way he handled the process Didn't explain nor appreciated my business even when I purchased 2 items instead of 6! I will not return back to this location, I highly recommend Best Buy to look into hiring young mgr with no experienced (or training issues) as how to handle customers he was very loud where other customers could hear the way he embraces me ! He made it very clear he decided to changed the order from 6 to 2 ?!
