  • My fiancĂ© and I have been using Affinity Pool service for about 6 months now and they have been nothing less than amazing. We bought our house at the end of summer in 2013, it had been sitting vacant for over 150 days. Needless to say the pool was in bad shape. I tried taking care of it myself and going to the local stores to get the water tested and spend a large sum of cash on chemicals and cleaners as well as other equipment. With the combination of different advice and information j got every time I went in the store and my lack of expertise in maintaining a pool properly I finally caved to my fiancĂ©'s plead of hiring a pool service company. I found Michael from Affinity Pools through a colleague and gave him a call. After hearing my pools situation he was out the very next day to diagnose it. The water had a green hue and he figured out the problem instantly. He had our pool up and running just in time for my mom to visit from Nebraska. Since then we have hired him to service our pool weekly and have had absolutely no problems with our pool. Michael is always very friendly and professional and never try's to sell us anything we don't need. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Prices are extremely reasonable and I've shopped plenty of pool service companies and I'm definitely getting my money worth from Affinity Pools. One beyond satisfied and loyal customer here. If you're looking for a new pool servicing company or are new to Phoenix and need a pool company to help you take care of the wonderful yet tedious pool, Affinity Pools is the best route you could go.
