They definitely have a better idea of how to handle spicy dishes well compared to most Chinese restaurants. The dandan noodles is a must try. There's a hint of peanut taste in there but it doesn't overpower the general flavor of the noodles. The spicy fish fillet tastes amazing. Might have been the best I've had in Pittsburgh so far. My only complaint is that their twice cooked pork tastes a bit too salty and greasy.
