  • I had my first tattoo removal session with Dr. Mundt and I could not be happier with the whole process. During the consultation Dr. Mundt was very nice and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I tend to get uncomfortable in doctor-like settings but she made me feel very at ease and I didn't feel like just another person she was going to see for a few minutes then kick out. Dr. Mundt was thorough in her explanation of the procedure and any complications that may arise. More importantly, she didn't ask about the history of the tattoo and I didn't feel like I had to explain or defend my bad decision. I also opted for the lidocaine injections and was so glad I did because I barely felt a thing. When going over the more bony areas (hip bone and ribs) there was some discomfort but nowhere near the amount I was prepared for. In addition, she made sure that the areas were completely numb before beginning any of the the laser treatment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I cannot wait for my next session and I highly recommend them.
