  • I'm not sure why this restaurant has such terrible ratings--but holy moley, this place is the real deal! The service was fast/efficient and the food was AMAZING. It's been four hours since my meal at Regal, and I'm still basking in the after-glow of truly satisfying dim sum. I usually get my dim sum fix at Rol San (downtown Toronto); so using Rol San as a means of comparison, Regal had exceptionally better food when it came to quality and the price was about the same if not cheaper.
