  • Not even a zero rating. If I can give a negative rating, I would. Called roadside assistance at a little after 5am. Dispatch said they would arrive at about 45 mins. Half an hour later after the said 45 mins, I received a call saying they won't be able to get to my location til 7am, I get out of work at 7am, no towing truck in sight, no calls. 730am comes by and decides to call them and they tell me they've been trying to reach me to let me know that they won't be able to arrive til after 8am since they got stuck in traffic. Where in Phoenix to Mesa is a 3-hr traffic. Called Progressive to sort this mess and representative says that towing company cancelled the service request since I called the company to cancel it when I never even said anything. What a joke this company is!!
