Terrible experience. I received a simple clear-coat manicure with one powder fix of splitting nail. One nail tech seemed very nice, but seemed like she could barely hold the clippers, didn't know how to clip nails that aren't flat, never felt my nails for smoothness while or after filing, and left jagged corners and uneven lengths. I think she was only pretending to trim my cuticles as they're still very... there.
The other - the one who had to apply the powder, spread the acrylic on very sloppily and wet. It went down into my cuticles and under my nail and stuck to my skin. Tech painfully tried to pull my skin free to file around my nail to no avail. I pulled it free myself as I was waiting for her to process my payment. The paper in the card processor ran out and she didn't know how to change it and told me to do it! I didn't know how, but gave it my best shot and it at least appeared like it would work. She still had my card and swiped it again even though I told her not to as I saw the "Approved. Please remove card" appear on the screen following her previous swipe. The receipt still wasn't printing and she called someone and was yelling into the phone. I checked my bank transactions while waiting for the person she was yelling at on the phone to arrive and fix the machine. Sure enough - 3 charges had been processed for the amount of my nails. When he arrived, he fixed the paper in the machine (I got it in right, but upside down. Oops) and I showed him the 3 charges on my screen. He proceeded to yell at the nail tech and then find the instructions to void transactions. Unfortunately credits don't show up instantly. I hope I really do get that money back. Wish I could get back the hour all this took me and still had to go home and fix them myself. I usually pay $6 for this. Here, I paid $20. ($60 till those credits process.) For a simple clear-coat manicure and powder on one nail that was splitting vertically. All I asked for was the one-nail fix.
I don't fault them for the machine mishaps but the extremely poor job on my nails, and ridiculously unprofessional behavior had me not walking - but running away!!!
I was really hoping to find a place I like in my new neighborhood. This is NOT it.
