  • The owner got in touch with me and was really courteous in explaining their situation, which I appreciated. I still did not think the Counter Ops game was very well designed, but I understand they've since removed it to put something higher quality in. He also told me the staff has been better trained at this point. I will definitely be going back to check out some of the newer rooms soon and probably change my review again.
