  • I had an amazing experience buying my home with the Gluch Group, so when I got a wild hair and was thinking about selling my home to move into a condo, I gave them a call. The first and only condo I chose to look at was perfect, nice size, red brick, and a great location. John showed me the condo, thought it was sweet, and we sat down to talk numbers. John told me he would love for me to get the condo, but that it would be wrong for him not to at least go over the market data with me, and as it turns out my home was appreciating basically twice as fast as the condo would have. At the end of the day I stayed with my home, but that's a big reason I recommend the Gluch Group to my friends, coworkers, whoever. They could have easily just gotten me into that condo, but they did the work and were honest and gave me the information I needed to make the best choice.
