Crazy because I gave a 5 star review on weed maps yesterday..but long story short..Ben helped me once and Angel helped me yesterday, both have been amazing and knowledgeable. Unfortunately today that was not the same, made a purchase yesterday of a topical that caused an allergic reaction. One pump of it was used..the "manager" who helped (gentleman with a beard and hat..wears the same thing every time..) told me he'd have to check if they could do anything for me. I in no way wanted my money back, but instead just wanted to get something that would work...the pain is no joke..I was informed that they could not take it back because they don't know what I did to it...did I mention it's straight CBD..literally had no THC..there are sample tubes, and after working for a dispensary I know it's VERY possible to easily sample it out..I asked to speak with whoever he spoke to..He informed me he was too busy to help a customer...but they could offer me a discount on my next purchase...I left with horrible customer service...attitude and a smug grin from the manager as I was walking out.
The only good thing is the girl who checks your ID in the front..she also informed me the gentleman sitting in the front with the glasses was the owner who was just sitting there and then said hi to his buddies. Which I found funny to see since the "manager" told me he was too busy to help a paying customer.
Icing on the cake. Not only did the manager not take the allergic reaction seriously or try in anyway to help..but as I'm on the phone with my bank right now disputing the charge they informed me I was overcharged for my purchase as well.
