If you're needing an x-ray go somewhere else. Your doctor puts the order on their form ask for a generic order or a different place. I scheduled an appointment online after hours then realized I needed to change it earlier. I call the scheduling number to reschedule. It's just a central scheduling number. They didn't have any record of me and then informed me x-rays were walk in only, so I shouldn't have been able to schedule an appointment online anyways. Their website wasn't working for location information, so I asked which ones were open on Saturdays. I was responded with "ugh I have to click through each one and there are like 30 in phoenix." About an hour later I get a voicemail saying they received my appointment request online and to call them back. So I did that and they wanted all my information which I would have had to give anyways upon check in only to be told it's still walk in only. I decided to try their location by my office, two hour wait, it was my lunch break so that didn't work for me. After work I tried the location I scheduled the "appointment" at earlier and they sent their x-ray person home, so were closed for x-rays. I arrived almost an hour before their closing time. I will now attempt to try a location tomorrow, on a Saturday, which I assume will be a zoo as most people with M-F jobs don't have the luxury of sitting in a waiting room for hours during the week day.
